L’ATZAR is Catalan for ‘random’ – the perfect excuse to drink and ENJOY these bubbles on a random occasion. L’ATZAR CAVA RESERVA , has spent a minimum of 18 months in a bottle, made exclusively with the indigenous grapes varieties, expressing a taste of the Mediterranean “Conca de Barbera” region landscape. Our project exists thanks to the involvement and work of 7 winegrowers families and a local Cooperative that together with us, side by side, produce L’Atzar Cava Reserva, expressing purity of fruit and freshness showing the authenticity from their territory, and the people who live there.
Vinitum is more than a wine brand, it is a concept, a life-style, that represents the traditions of the Mediterranean through the unique experiences of a jet-setting Entrepreneur, Jordi Masdeu Catala.
